Property Maintenance Board

The Borough had adopted the 2009 International Property Maintenance Code (IPMC) to regulate and govern the conditions and maintenance of all property, buildings and structures, by providing standards to ensure structures and properties are safe, sanitary and fit for use and occupation.  An appeals board is in place for violations issued under the IPMC. The Board of Appeals consists of five members who are residents of the Borough.
