Shade Tree Commission

The Shade Tree Commission was created in 1993 by Borough Council. The Commission shall be composed of at least five residents for three-year terms. The Commission is responsible for overseeing and enforcing shade tree regulations defined within Section 205 of the Borough Ordinances.

The regular meetings of the Lehighton Shade Tree Commission will be held at 6:00 p.m. in the Municipal Building on the third Wednesday of the following months:
